A colorless, flammable liquid with an aromatic odor.

Soluble in alcohol, benzene and ether.  Insoluble in water.

Commonly used as a solvent for petroleum-based tars.

Precautions:

Flammable, dangerous fire risk.  Toxic by ingestion, inhalation, and skin absorption.

Irritant to skin and eyes.  TLV = 100 ppm

Comes packed in 500ml boston round, amber glass bottle.  Also available in 250ml size.
