Detailed Product Description:

A colorless, nearly odorless, syrupy liquid with a sweetish taste.  Highly hygroscopic. 

Soluble in water, ethanol, acetone, ether, ethylene glycol.  Insoluble in benzene,

toluene, carbon tetrachloride.  Non-corrosive.

A solvent for nitrocellulose.  Most commonly used as one of the constituents

in automotive antifreeze and used in some cosmetics.

Precautions:

Combustible.  Considered hazardous for household use in concentrations

of 10% or more by FDA guidelines.

Comes packed in 250ml boston round, amber glass bottle.  Also available in 500ml size.
