Detailed Product Description:
A fine black powder.  Odorless, insoluble in water but soluble
in most acids such as hydrochloric and phosphoric.  
 
This is an oxidizing agent sometimes used as a catalyst.  Commonly
used as a constituent in “Parkerizing” chemistry for  Manganese
Phosphate coatings.
 
Precautions:
Inhalation can cause a flue-like illness (metal-fume fever).
May irritate respiratory tract.
