Detailed Product Description:

A colorless organic liquid.  Soluble in water, methanol and ether.

Grade/Purity:

This is Reagent Grade material with a minimum purity of 99.5%.

Applications:

Commonly used as a solvent for celluloses, acrylics, dyes,

inks and for solvent sealing of cellophane.  Most commonly

found in lacquers and paints.  Sometimes used

as a carrier solvent in Mace.

Precautions:

Flammable, moderate fire risk.  Toxic by ingestion, inhalation

and skin absorption.
