Detailed Product Description:

A colorless to slightly yellow liquid with a pungent odor.  Noncombustible.

This is a strong and highly corrosive acid.  Soluble in water, alcohol, and benzene.

Most commonly used for metal pickling and cleaning processes.  Also a laboratory

reagent.

Brand/Grade:

This is 10% (w/w) concentration made by Air Products (formerly Ashland),

Cleanroom/Semiconductor grade, high purity, low particulate.
