Detailed Product Description:

A colorless, odorless sparkling liquid.  Noncombustible.  Soluble in water

and alcohol.  Corrosive to ferrous metals and alloys. 

Typical Applications:

This custom dilution is a convenient strength for etching or cleaning

applications. 

Grade/Brand:

This 15% solution (by volume) is based on our Semiconductor Grade

Phosphoric acid with a minimum 99.9% purity and 18.2 Meg-Ohm-Cm

deionized water.
